At junction 12, leave motorway and take B4451 to Bishop's Itchington. At the next junction take the B4452 towards Ufton. At Ufton take the A425 towards Leamington Spa. At the island where the A425 crosses the Fosse Way (B4455), take the third exit which takes you to the Fosse Way (direction Leicester). After about a mile, having crossed the Grand Union Canal, the road begins to climb, and at the bow of the hill, turn left onto a long tarmac lane. Keep to the RIGHT and drive into Fosseway Barns courtyard.

At junction 13, take the B4100 towards Banbury. At the next island, take the first road to your left. B4455 Fosse Way (direction Leicester). Keep on the Fosse Way, straight across the next island where the A425 crosses the Fosse Way. After about a mile, having crossed the Grand Union Canal, the road begins to climb, and at the bow of the hill, turn left onto a long tarmac lane. Keep to the RIGHT and drive into Fosseway Barns courtyard.

Take the A425 (direction Southam). Keep on the A425 which passes through Radford Semele. At the island where the A425 crosses the Fosse Way (B4455) turn left. You are now on the Fosse Way (B4455, direction Leicester). After about a mile, having crossed the Grand Union Canal, the road begins to climb, and at the bow of the hill, turn left onto a long tarmac lane. Keep to the RIGHT and drive into Fosseway Barns courtyard.
