A separate, fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker & hob, fridge/freezer, overlooking a beautifully converted red brick barn and gravel courtyard where the owners live.

The double bedroom has a Super King sized bed (can be made into 2 single beds). Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Outside the property has a seculded patio are with garden furniture which leads to a private lawned cottage garden. The garden is south facing and is a sun trap for perfect for lazy afternoons
